In addition to implementing and modifying enterprise solutions, Quest has a track record in interfacing solutions including the development of intricate web applications designed to provide online customer interfacing capabilities that link into internal transaction systems such as CRM applications. Using a range of contemporary tools and technologies, Quest's team of development specialists are able to provide a seamless interface between customer engagement applications based on web, voice or CTI technologies and ultimately any back end internal systems such as billing and payment applications.
