The Rich Internet Application (RIA) developed and implemented at Sky was a key aspect of being able to provide an enrich customer experience for both our call centre agents and subscribers on-line. Adobe Flex was used as the client technology and the server side had been upgraded to Chordiant 6.

A key aspect of the project in which Quest IT have been involved was to produce a new client layer written in Adobe Flex (AS 3). Quest IT’s consultants provided advice to IBM on how to implement server-side APIs within the Customer Finance area as well as writing java code to enhance the existing APIs.
